We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated product designer to join our team. As a product designer, you will play a key role in designing and developing innovative and user-friendly products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create wireframes and prototypes, and deliver high-quality designs. This is a probationary position with a duration of 4 months and a salary range of 2-4 LPA.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product vision and requirements
2. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product design decisions
3. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
4. Design and iterate user interfaces that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional
5. Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets user needs and design standards
6. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve product designs
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design
Qualifications:
1. Strong proficiency in user-centered design principles and practices
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
3. Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
4. Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach
5. Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Compensation and working conditions:
1. Salary: 2-4 LPA (based on experience and skills)
2. Probation period: 4 months
3. Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday
