1. Own and drive the execution of the assigned products through all the product lifecycle processes, including product research & discovery, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
2. Have a deep understanding of the users, customers, and products
3. Own product discovery for the products: come up with hypotheses and run experiments, conduct user interviews, analyze product data, and talk to our existing and potential users regularly to deeply understand and validate their
needs and expectations
4. Define and own product vision, product strategy, and product objectives
5. Create product requirement documentation that describes goals and objectives, user problems, business cases, high-level use cases, ROI, success criteria, release plan, etc.
6. Closely work with a squad of designers, engineers, and support execs to deliver products that align with the vision, meet market needs, and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard
7. Build and manage product backlog by understanding the value of each feature to our customers, and business, and the level of effort required
8. Work with our marketing team and product marketers to plan and strategize the launch and adoption of the products
