Product Manager Job (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated product manager to join our team. As a product manager, you will play a key role in prioritizing product features, conducting research, planning roadmaps, managing projects, and ensuring timely shipping of the product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver high-quality product solutions. This is a probationary position with a duration of 6 months, after which salary may be increased based on performance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Define and prioritize product features based on user needs and business objectives
2. Conduct market and user research to inform product decisions
3. Develop and communicate product roadmaps to align the team and stakeholders
4. Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and deliverables are shipped on time
6. Analyze product performance and use data to improve key success metrics
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of product management principles and practices
2. Experience in features prioritization, research, roadmap planning, and project management
3. Demonstrated ability to ship products on time
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation and working conditions:

1. Salary: 2-4 LPA (based on experience and skills), with potential for increase after 6 months based on performance
2. Probation period: 6 months
3. Working hours: 10 hours per day, Monday to Saturday
