About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interact & brainstorm with leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and build customized programs as per their need
2. Research and create academic courses and content for finance programs
3. Work with the program director to define the course outline
4. Work with professional domain experts to draft PPTs, in-class activities, MCQs, case studies, etc
5. Be present in the class, interact with learners, encourage and measure class participation
6. Assist students in course-related queries and doubts clarification
7. Communicate with the learners about upcoming classes and project deadlines
8. Evaluate student performance through interviews, quizzes, and live projects
9. Engage with learners on different community forums, and gather and resolve their queries
10. Drive the overall NPS of the class
