We are seeking a creative and innovative Copywriter to join our team, specializing in crafting engaging titles and thumbnail texts for YouTube videos. This role is crucial in driving viewer engagement and clicks through captivating content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new and interesting ideas that attract viewers' attention and reflect the essence of the video content.
Key responsibilities:
1. Title and Thumbnail Creation: Craft Multiple engaging and clickable titles and thumbnail texts daily, aimed at maximizing viewer engagement and clicks
2. Plot Development: Need To Make Multiple captivating plot ideas daily to ensure titles and thumbnail texts are fully integrated with the video content
3. Script Review: Analyze and review scripts to gain a deep understanding of the content, compelling titles, and thumbnail descriptions that are relevant and captivating
4. Collaborate: closely with the video production team to ensure that titles and thumbnail text-align seamlessly with the overarching content and direction of the video
5. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of videos related to titles and thumbnail texts, using views as a direct measure of success
6. Creative Innovation: Continuously explore new trends, formats, and strategies for title and thumbnail text creation to keep content fresh and appealing.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven experience as a copywriter, title/thumbnail text writer, or related role, preferably in a digital or social media environment
2. Strong creative writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a knack for storytelling
3. Ability to generate innovative and captivating ideas for titles and thumbnails that drive viewer engagement
4. Knowledge of YouTube platform guidelines, viewer preferences, and current trends
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the production team
