Psychologist Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting psychological assessments and interpreting results to develop treatment plans.
2. Providing counseling and therapy to employees to improve their mental health.
3. Developing and leading workshops on mental health awareness, stress management, and emotional resilience.
4. Collaborating with HR to implement wellness programs and support employee development.
5. Research new methods for improving workplace environment and mental health.
6. Offer crisis intervention services as needed.
7. Play an active role in the development and vetting of content like videos, articles, blogs, and others that focus on mental health care.
