The role requires proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and Tamil.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct assessments and provide individual counseling to clients using a range of psychological techniques
2. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients' needs, focusing on the interaction between gut health and mental well-being
3. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to integrate psychological interventions with digital therapeutic tools
4. Learn and apply our in-house protocols for managing gut health
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
6. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities
7. Contribute to the development of content and resources for the digital platform
8. Provide support and guidance to clients in multiple languages as required

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications:
1. Masters degree in psychology or counseling from an accredited institution
2. At least 1 year of professional experience in a clinical setting
3. Experience or knowledge in the gut-brain axis and its implications for mental health
4. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil; additional language skills are a plus
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
7. High level of professionalism and ethical standards
