We are seeking a detail-oriented 'Quality Assurance Associate' to join our dynamic team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and ensuring the accuracy of data across various platforms. This is a full-time remote position with competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough quality checks on assigned data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness
2. Identify and correct data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies
3. Submit verified data to management within established deadlines
4. Maintain detailed documentation of quality checks performed
5. Follow established quality assurance protocols and procedures
6. Generate periodic reports on data quality metrics
7. Coordinate with team members to resolve complex data issues
8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives
9. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management team
10. Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data
11. Comply with data handling best practices and company policies
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, quality control, or related field
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
4. Excellent typing skills in English
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
8. Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
9. Reliable internet connection
10. Personal laptop with necessary specifications to perform the job
