Quality Assurance - SaaS Product Tester Job (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA - SaaS product tester to join our team. As a QA - SaaS product tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SaaS products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform testing activities, identify and report issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is a probationary position with a duration of 4 months and a salary range of 2-4 LPA.

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform manual and automated testing of our SaaS products to identify and report issues
2. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
3. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and user stories
4. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality
5. Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of bug-free software
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and testing methodologies

Qualifications:

1. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
2. Experience with manual and automated testing of web-based applications
3. Knowledge of bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
4. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation and working conditions:

1. Salary: 2-4 LPA (based on experience and skills)
2. Probation period: 4 months
3. Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday
