Key responsibilities:

1. Handle administrative tasks for all properties, including paperwork, land records updates, and obtaining necessary permissions
2. Coordinate maintenance activities for multiple properties
3. Supervise and support property staff
4. Manage finances and expenses for each estate
5. Serve as a point of contact for tenants and guests
6. Assist with coordination of construction or renovation projects
