Recruitment Coordinator Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to source qualified candidates
2. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
3. Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements
4. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
6. Assist in conducting interviews, ensuring a structured and professional interview process
7. Evaluate candidates based on job-related criteria and provide feedback to hiring teams
8. Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates
9. Coordinate negotiations between candidates and hiring managers as needed
10. Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
12. Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
