About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership development: Identify and engage potential resellers and strategic partners that align with our business goals. Evaluate their potential and create tailored partnership proposals.
2. Onboarding & training: Manage the onboarding process for new resellers and partners, including contract negotiations, training, and integration of our products/services into their offerings.
3. Relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact for resellers and partners, ensuring a strong, collaborative relationship. Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
4. Performance monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of resellers and partners, including sales metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Sales enablement: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop resources and strategies that enable resellers and partners to effectively sell our products/services.
6. Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes that can inform partnership strategies.
7. Contract management: Oversee the negotiation and management of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and customer support to align strategies and deliver exceptional value to partners.
9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status and performance of the reseller and partnership programs for senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystems.
2. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and resellers.
4. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partnership management tools.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
6. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
7. Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
