As a 'Reservation Associate' at Kiwistays Hospitality, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless booking experience across our vacation rental and homestay properties. This remote role requires a customer-centric mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in rotational shifts, primarily from 6 PM to 2 AM, six days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle guest inquiries and booking requests professionally via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide accurate information about property availability, amenities, and promotions to assist guests in making reservations.
3. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
4. Address guest concerns, resolving issues promptly or escalating them to the relevant teams when necessary.
5. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and reservations in our systems.
6. Collaborate with operations and property management teams to ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
7. Learn and effectively use all software and online systems that support operations, including but not limited to Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and Google My Business.
8. Stay updated on Kiwistays properties, policies, and pricing to provide reliable information to guests.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using online platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and Google My Business.
Familiarity with vacation rentals/homestay operations is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software and tools.

Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹14,000 - 17,500 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
