Retreat Coordinator Job (Remote)

A UK-based retreat company is looking for a Retreat Coordinator. You'll be part of a small UK/Global-based team coordinating with clients and partners, mostly in the UK, US, Europe, and India.

In-depth knowledge of yoga would be an advantage, though not essential since we do other types of retreats.

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on database management (Google Sheets, Trello), and general CRM.
2. Managing retreat (and other) inquiries through email, Facebook, and WhatsApp
3. Assisting with social media content/posting and coordinating marketing with a senior team (UK, India, Italy, Bangladesh)
4. Account management
5. Research and BD (business development)
6. Assisting clients with their travel plans, accommodation, and other requirements.
7. Coordinating with vendors, venues, yoga, and other teachers
8. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the retreat.

5. Brownie points for experience in: Content Writing, Social Media, Yoga knowledge
6. Remote position
7. Flexible working - 8 hours between 10 am-10 pm IST
