Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and generate leads through proactive outreach efforts and effective communication strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen eye for identifying potential clients. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks provided by the team, including sales calls, email correspondence, and lead generation. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication, as this role involves engaging with potential clients in Canada and the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
3. Utilize market research and data analysis techniques to identify and target potential clients within our target demographics.
4. Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and sales opportunities, using Excel. Work quickly and accurately on Excel.
6. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
8. Handle day-to-day tasks provided by the team with efficiency and attention to detail.
9. Utilize online research skills to identify and create lists of potential clients in North America
10. Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT with proper prompts to enhance sales and communication efforts.
11. Demonstrate self-motivation and honesty in this work-from-home position.
Monthly Salary: Rs. 25,000
End of Year Bonus: At our discretion, depending on client acquisition and overall performance.
