About the job

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and dynamic sales associate to drive our company's growth through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and the development of key customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a knack for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating profitable relationships.

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales and lead generation: Execute sales strategies to secure new business, including lead generation efforts to identify and cultivate potential clients. Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories or markets
2. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support, ensuring client satisfaction
3. Market research: Conduct thorough market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors
4. Business development: Identify emerging markets and market shifts, being fully aware of new products and competition status. Leverage insights to uncover and pursue new sales opportunities
5. Proposal development: Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that speak to client needs, concerns, and objectives
6. Negotiation and closure: Skillfully negotiate and close deals. Address and overcome client objections, working collaboratively with the team to achieve better results

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience in product and technology sales, business development, and lead generation
3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; able to effectively present to and influence key stakeholders
4. Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales enablement tools
5. Independent, reliable, with a strong sense of initiative, and the ability to work well in a team environment
6. Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
