We are in search of a Sales Coach to lead training efforts aimed at optimizing the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will mentor new sales staff, create customized training programs, and develop educational resources to support skill enhancement. A solid understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees at different levels are crucial for success in this position.
Key responsibilities:
1. Offer guidance and advice to sales team members to help them overcome job-related challenges.
2. Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new sales representatives.
3. Identify training needs for individuals and teams.
4. Develop educational materials like presentations, sales scripts, and case studies.
5. Design training programs incorporating interactive elements such as gamification, role-playing, and simulations.
6. Collect feedback on training programs from trainees, managers, and instructors for continuous improvement.
7. Establish regular learning objectives for the sales team on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
8. Maintain updated records of training content and materials.
9. Evaluate employee performance post-training sessions.
10. Monitor training costs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
