Sales Development Representative - High Incentive Job (Remote)

Genotek is at the forefront of the architectural products industry, specializing in expansion joint covers and performance louvers. This role is designed for individuals who excel in identifying new business opportunities and engaging potential clients to generate leads and inquiries.

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize databases such as ProjectsToday, VenturesOnSite, news portals, and social media to identify upcoming construction projects
2. Enter detailed project information into the CRM as potential leads
3. Find and contact key personnel involved in these construction projects, using tools like EasyLeadz, Lusha, and Apollo.io, to generate interest, inquiries, or set up meetings

Incentive structure:

Tier 1
1. Fixed pay: INR 10000
2. Variable pay: INR 500 per inquiry under 50 lac INR, INR 1,000 per inquiry above 50 lac INR, INR 2,000 per inquiry above 2 cr INR
3. Sale incentive: 0.25% of quote value

Tier 2 (Automatic upgrade if average quote value is above 10 cr per month)
1. Fixed pay: INR 20,000
2. Same variable pay and sale incentive as Tier 1

Tier 3 (Automatic upgrade if average quote value is above 20 cr per month)
1. Fixed pay: INR 30,000
2. Same variable pay and sale incentive as Tier 1

Candidate profile:

1. Previous sales experience is required
2. Strong growth mindset with the ability to work independently
3. Self-managed, with a commitment to achieving sales targets
4. Excellent communication and research skills
