About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, integrators, and installers
3. Drive sales growth through effective negotiation, communication, and relationship management
4. Actively promote solar products to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions
7. Prepare and present sales proposals, performance reports, and updates to management
8. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Sales
2. ITI or Diploma holder
3. MBA

5. Ability to convince and influence clients and partners effectively

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

8. Exceptional organizational and time management skills
