About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads: Inside sales executives research and identify potential customers through online searches, social media, and referrals to build a solid pipeline of prospects.
2. Qualify leads: They evaluate potential customers by assessing their needs, budget, and interest in the products or services, determining which leads are most likely to convert into customers.
3. Make sales presentations: Inside sales executives connect with prospects via phone, email, or video conference to showcase product features and benefits, persuading them to make a purchase.
4. Negotiate deals: They collaborate with customers to agree on pricing and payment options that meet customer needs while aligning with company objectives.
5. Close sales: Once agreements are made, they finalize the sales, provide necessary customer support, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
6. Manage sales pipeline: Inside sales executives monitor sales activities and customer interactions, update sales records and customer data in a CRM system, and produce regular reports on progress and results.
7. Collaborate with team members: By working closely with marketing and other departments, they help create and implement effective strategies, consistently achieving sales targets.

Other requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience in IT B2B sales/lead generation/business development.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

3. Familiarity with CRM tools & sales automation platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Apollo.io).

4. Knowledge of IT services, cloud, ERP, DevOps, or SaaS sales is a plus.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Looking for BBA, BCOM, BSc, MBA graduates & postgraduates
