Pinco is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our remote team. This opportunity is perfect for BBA and MBA students specializing in Marketing or Sales who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell Pinco's subscription services to potential clients via remote communication channels.
2. Achieve a target of 10 successful subscriptions per month, contributing to overall sales goals.
3. Build and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
4. Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
5. Engage in cold calling, follow-up communication, and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
6. Provide compelling product demonstrations and articulate the benefits of Pinco's services.
7. Regularly track and update your sales progress, customer interactions, and achievements in line with set targets.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights on market trends, client feedback, and competitive landscape.
9. Attend regular virtual training sessions to refine sales skills and product knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Pursuing or completed a BBA/MBA in Marketing or Sales.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently in a remote setup and be self-motivated.
4. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer-centric sales.
5. Goal-oriented with a keen ability to meet and exceed targets.
6. Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and basic remote communication tools.
