Key responsibilities:
1. Understand the hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various sales roles including account executives, sales development representatives, and sales managers
3. Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates
4. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
5. Manage the hiring process from initial candidate contact to offering acceptance
6. Partner with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
7. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process
8. Cold call clients
Skills & Requirements:
1. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
2. Knowledge of job posting websites (Linkedin/IIMJobs/Naukri) will be an added advantage
3. Zeal and enthusiasm to learn
4. Candidate should have a knack for sales
