About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying, evaluating, and recruiting international students who are eligible to work in the US on OPT after completing their degree programs
2. Working to develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract talented international students who are eligible for OPT
3. Working to screen potential candidates to ensure they meet the requirements for OPT, such as having a valid F-1 student visa and being in good academic standing
4. Working to provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application process (this may include providing information on OPT regulations, helping candidates with their resumes and cover letters and offering advice on how to prepare for interviews)
5. Working to maintain relationships with international student offices at universities, career services departments, and other relevant organizations to identify and attract potential candidates
6. Working to track and report data on recruitment efforts, including the number of candidates screened, the number of candidates hired, and the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
7. Working to stay informed about changes to OPT regulations and guidelines to ensure that recruitment efforts are in compliance with US immigration laws
8. Working to attend career fairs and other events to promote their organization and to connect with potential candidates
9. Playing a crucial role in helping international students navigate the OPT process and find employment opportunities in the US
10. Working on identifying and attracting talented candidates, providing guidance and support, and ensuring compliance with US immigration laws

Salary during probation: 15,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
