Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop the company's sales hiring strategy.
2. Collaborate with sales directors to assess annual hiring requirements.
3. Assist hiring managers in creating attractive job descriptions.
4. Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
5. Utilize diverse methods to source candidates (such as event participation, career day organization, database usage, and social media engagement).
6. Conduct initial screening calls.
7. Shortlist candidates based on high sales performance criteria.
8. Coordinate interviews for the sales hiring teams.
9. Cultivate relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
10. Monitor key metrics to identify successes and areas for enhancement in the hiring process.
11. Provide support to hiring teams to facilitate objective hiring decisions.
