About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee the execution of programs and work closely with the coach to understand program requirements and ensure effective communication.
2. Collaborate with the coach and assist in video shoot activities for scripted content.
3. Implement email automations, WhatsApp broadcasts, and other communication strategies.
4. Co-host Zoom meetings with clients to ensure smooth interactions.
5. Participate in sales calls to provide information and support as needed.
6. Ensure all services are delivered on time and meet the client's expectations.
7. Schedule reminder notifications and coordinate client meetings.
8. Engage with clients through WhatsApp, emails, Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration or a related field

2. Minimum 1 year of customer support experience

3. Proficiency in Google Docs and Spreadsheet

4. Ability to excel in fast-paced environment

5. Make sure to BYOD (Laptop) and ra eliable internet connection is required.

6. Strong proficiency in native language, Hindi and English.

9. Work may demand on Sundays, but the compensation offs can be taken during the weekdays
