1. Interact and brainstorm with the program director to assess gaps in skills and build customized programs for the sales program academy
2. Research and create academic courses and content in the Sales Program
3. Work with AntWalk experts to define course outlines and draft PPTs, in-class activities, MCQ, case studies, etc.
4. Edit, proofread, and improve the content
5. Be present in the class, interact with learners, and encourage and measure class participation
6. Assist learners in course-related queries and doubts clarification
7. Evaluate learners' performance through interviews, quizzes, and live projects
8. Engage with learners on different community forums, gather their queries, and resolve them
9. Drive the overall NPS of the class
What skills do you need?
1. 1-4 years of prior experience in sales trainer, sales coach, and relationship management roles
2. Passionate about building content for the sales program academy
3. Have a good understanding of Sales, Curriculum building, Training, account management, and Relationship Management
4. Solid communication and presentation abilities
5. Strong working knowledge of the customer success process and its best practices
6. Collaborative problem-solving approaches
7. Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience with peers
8. Open mindset towards change and eagerness for continuous improvement
