Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio, helping businesses to manage customer engagement and deliver personalized experiences through real-time, data-driven interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage Salesforce Interaction Studio for personalization and customer engagement.
