
1. Should have experience with Shopify and Gorgias
2. Should be able to work in USA West Coast based time zone
3. Reliable, stable, secure internet connection and access to your own equipment such as laptop
4. Excellence in written and spoken English communication
5. Minimum of 1-year experience as an e-commerce customer service representative with a proven track-record of high-quality work
6. Excellence in administration skills including email etiquette
7. Ability to adapt written English to represent tonal values
8. Empathetic, supportive, a great listener, and has a positive attitude
9. High attention to detail
10. Eager to problem solve when issues arise
11. Skilled at resolving conflict peacefully
12. Technologically savvy
13. Some phone support experience a plus
14. University/college degree is an asset
15. Familiar with using social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
Annual CTC: 4 - 4.5 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
