We are family and debt recovery law paralegals and counselors, providing expert services to our clients on strategizing resolutions to their family and debt disputes. Our Counseling services help in providing the right direction in cases that help the clients to come out of their debt situation and matrimonial litigations as per the legal way. Our Paralegal services include drafting the relevant case replies, complaints & RTI Followups with the different stakeholders, and appeal/revision petitions for the district, high, and supreme court. Our mediation services provide alternate ways to resolve disputes through mediation and we provide mediation training to newcomers in the field.

About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Responding to customers via email, live chat, Facebook comments, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, YouTube, Amazon, etc.
2. Answering questions about products
3. Answering tracking queries for customers awaiting product
4. Solving problems for customers and ensuring they have excellent relations with our company
5. Working on processing returns and refunds
6. Collating customer feedback in a monthly community report

Creative Writing English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written)
Earn certifications in these skills
Who can apply

1. Should have experience with Shopify and Gorgias

2. Should be able to work in USA West Coast based time zone

3. Reliable, stable, secure internet connection and access to your own equipment such as laptop

4. Excellence in written and spoken English communication

5. Minimum of 1-year experience as an e-commerce customer service representative with a proven track-record of high-quality work

6. Excellence in administration skills including email etiquette

7. Ability to adapt written English to represent tonal values

8. Empathetic, supportive, a great listener, and has a positive attitude

9. High attention to detail

10. Eager to problem solve when issues arise

11. Skilled at resolving conflict peacefully

12. Technologically savvy

13. Some phone support experience a plus

14. University/college degree is an asset

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 18,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 4 - 4.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
