We're seeking a 'Data Scientist' who is adept in transforming complex data into actionable insights across various applications. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and refining machine learning models for data extraction, classification, voice analysis, and recommendation engines, ensuring they align with customer engagement and automation goals. Experience with OCR, NLP, and recommendation algorithms is a plus.
We are at the forefront of developing diverse AI-driven solutions across multiple domains, including finance automation, voice analysis, customer engagement, and recommendation systems. Our current projects range from a finance software that automates data extraction and reconciliation, to platforms designed for personalized recommendations and optimized client interactions through advanced machine learning models.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop machine learning models for data extraction from unstructured data formats (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPG) with high accuracy and efficiency.
2. Build classification models to categorize data and enable efficient reconciliation and decision-making processes.
3. Contribute to voice analysis and recommendation engine development for various applications, enhancing customer engagement and personalization.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate, deploy, and scale machine learning solutions across different projects.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, or related field.
2. Experience: 3+ years in data science roles, especially in machine learning for data extraction, classification, voice analysis, or recommendation engines.
Core Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala.
2. Strong background in machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and OpenCV.
3. Experience with OCR tools (e.g., Tesseract, Amazon Textract) and NLP for text and voice analysis.
4. Familiarity with recommendation systems and relevant algorithms.
5. Knowledge of data pipeline management tools (Apache Kafka, Airflow) and data storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL).
