Senior Full-Stack Developer (Backend Focused) Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python or JavaScript (Node.js)
2. Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate applications with backend services
3. Optimize databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite for performance and scalability
4. Work with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3) to manage cloud infrastructure
5. Implement VoIP technologies for real-time communication features
6. Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale systems to handle increasing workloads effectively

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend developer
2. Proficiency in either Python (Django, Flask) or JavaScript (Node.js, Express.js)
3. Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks like React.js
4. Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite)
5. Familiarity with AWS core services (EC2, RDS, S3) for cloud infrastructure
6. Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, networking protocols, and CS fundamentals

Good to Have:

1. Prior experience working with VoIP/Real-time communication technologies:
2. WebRTC, SIP, IP PBX
3. Knowledge of building SPAs using React.js or other JavaScript frameworks
4. Familiarity with WebSockets for real-time features
