Senior HubSpot Administrator Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Configuring HubSpot forms and properties for tool integrations
2. Developing lead scoring models specific to manufacturing personas
3. Creating automated workflows for nurturing leads based on tool usage
4. Setting up ABM company targeting and account-based personalization
5. Implementing email templates and sequences for different personas
6. Configuring campaign tracking and attribution reporting
7. Developing dashboard reports for campaign performance
8. Training the internal team on HubSpot usage and campaign management
9. Providing recommendations for optimization based on performance data

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience administering HubSpot Marketing Hub
2. Strong knowledge of lead scoring, workflows, and automation
3. Experience with form creation, field mapping, and progressive profiling
4. Understanding of ABM principles and implementation in HubSpot
5. Proficiency with HubSpot email marketing and sequencing
6. Experience with campaign reporting and analytics
7. Knowledge of CRM integration and lead handoff processes
8. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
