1. Brand-Aligned Motion Design: Conceptualize and produce motion graphics that align with established brand guidelines for video intros/outros, animated logos, social media assets, and other marketing touchpoints.
2. Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage, integrate motion graphics, and add visual effects to create polished video content for ABM campaigns, product demos, event highlights, and brand storytelling.
3. Collateral & Marketing Materials: Design compelling visuals for white papers, e-books, case studies, and other distributed materials, ensuring cohesive branding and engaging motion/animated elements where appropriate.
4. Tools Hub & Digital Assets: Collaborate with developers and marketing to produce animated visuals or interactive elements that enhance the user experience within our Tools Hub and related resources.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, content, and marketing teams to conceptualize new ways to visually communicate our brand's value proposition to different personas in ABM campaigns.
6. Quality & Consistency: Ensure all motion graphics, videos, and static designs maintain a consistent brand look and feel, adhering to color, typography, and style guidelines.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends in motion design, animation, and video production. Recommend new tools, techniques, and creative approaches to keep our brand fresh and engaging.
8. Asset Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured library of motion graphic assets, source files, templates, and related materials for efficient reuse and scalability.
Qualifications:
a. Technical Skills:
1. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or similar motion design/video tools (e.g., Cinema 4D).
2. Strong understanding of motion design principles, video editing techniques, compositing, and color grading.
3. Familiarity with design collaboration platforms (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
b. Brand & Marketing Knowledge:
1. Demonstrated ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across multiple mediums.
2. Experience creating marketing collateral for B2B campaigns especially ABM is highly desirable.
c. Creative & Conceptual Skills:
1. Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic projects, video edits, and branding work.
2. Ability to translate abstract ideas or marketing concepts into compelling, visually cohesive narratives.
d. Collaboration & Communication:
1. Excellent communication skills to present ideas, gather feedback, and refine designs collaboratively.
2. Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
