3. Skills: Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Tools: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems, and other recruitment tools
5. Mindset: Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting
