Job Title: Senior Sales & Outreach Executive
Location: Remote / US Market Focus (Global Outreach)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Outreach Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales outreach to streamers, gaming influencers, and content creators to onboard them to Glitchover.
2. Pitching & Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches and pitch decks that highlight the benefits of our platform.
3. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with streamers, gaming communities, and potential partners globally.
4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of interns and junior outreach executives, ensuring they meet their outreach and conversion goals.
5. Streamer Management: Oversee and manage streamers after onboarding, ensuring smooth engagement and collaboration.
6. Social Media & Email Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and email marketing to prospect, engage, and convert potential users.
7. Market Expansion: Drive growth in the US and globally by identifying new markets, trends, and potential partnerships.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach campaigns.
9. Reporting & Analytics: Track outreach effectiveness, maintain CRM records, and provide weekly sales reports to leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Experience: 1+ years in sales, business development, or influencer outreach within gaming, esports, or digital entertainment.
2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the gaming and streaming ecosystem, including Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Kick, and other platforms.
3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication and persuasion skills.
4. Leadership: Experience managing junior team members, interns, or outreach executives.
5. Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to convert leads into partnerships and drive revenue.
6. Networking Ability: Strong industry connections or ability to build relationships with top-tier gaming influencers.
7. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and outreach tools.
8. Self-Starter: Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
