Position: Senior Software Engineer L2 Support - MEAN Stack
Location: Remote (India)
Responsibilities:
- Lead proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of application systems
- Support Implementation and CRM tracks during peak periods
- Master troubleshooting techniques for L2 ticket resolution
- Meet SLAs by collaborating with L3/L4 Support teams
- Assist in resolving software and technical queries efficiently
- Review and validate code/scripts, mentor junior L2 team members
- Monitor infrastructure alerts and mitigate potential risks
- Collaborate with architects to manage customer inquiries
- Perform root cause analysis and manage customer relationships
- Document solutions, contribute to innovation and automation
- Handle scripting tasks for data management
- Own customer technical issues from report to resolution
- Share feature requests and workarounds with internal teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years in application monitoring and support
- Proficiency in MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node)
- Experience with AWS services, New Relic, Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in HTML/CSS and SQL
- Professional degree required
