1. Work on inventory management at all stages to ensure no out-of-stock or slow-moving items are there (multiple countries)
2. Conduct a periodical review of sales forecast & monitor/control the procurement from various countries
3. Work on vendor developments in multiple countries for new products as per our requirements
4. Conduct periodical reviews of procurement costs & develop a substitute vendor without quality compromise, from a cost-saving perspective
5. Handle the end-to-end supply chain management experience, that is, develop the demand forecast, convert it into FG production and material procurement plan, small plant management experience, and efficient inventory management for local and importing markets all end-to-end in the ERP system
