Senior Team Leader Job (Remote)

We are seeking a result-driven Senior Team Leader to oversee and supervise a team of consultants, driving them to achieve the organization's objectives and boost sales. You will be responsible for providing advanced guidance, instruction, training, and leadership to inspire the team to perform at their best. Your goal is to create a cohesive and high-performing team that maximizes the sales team's potential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying the primary concerns, long-term strategies, and targets to be assigned to team members.
2. Overseeing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
3. Developing a sales blueprint, including standards for sales associates, lead filtering, and deal modeling.
4. Guiding sales personnel to function efficiently by leveraging their strengths and capabilities.

Shift timing: 10 AM to 6 PM - Monday to Saturday (Remote)
