Key responsibilities:

1. Handle and respond to incoming calls from leads generated via Meta Ads.
2. Engage with local customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information about our services.
3. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and book appointments.
4. Maintain a polite, professional, and persuasive communication style.
5. Keep detailed records of lead interactions and updates in our CRM system.
