About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Facebook & Instagram messages and comments
2. Handle Shopify Inbox and customer emails
3. Process order confirmations and updates
4. Follow up on Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) and call for resolution
5. Manage RTO cancellations and order updates
6. Update inventory and process purchase orders (PO)
7. Oversee packaging supply management
8. Submit claims, follow up, and send proof of delivery (POD)
9. Handle "on-hold" order calls and follow-ups
10. Monitor and respond to cancellation requests across platforms
