The SEO manager is responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that will help Pursueit achieve its online marketing goals. This includes conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and building backlinks. The SEO manager will also work with other marketing team members to ensure that Pursueit's SEO efforts are aligned with its overall marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute SEO strategies that will help Pursueit achieve its online marketing goals
2. Conduct keyword research and identify high-traffic keywords
3. Optimize website content for SEO
4. Build backlinks to Pursueit's website
5. Work with other marketing team members to ensure that Pursueit's SEO efforts are aligned with its overall marketing strategy
6. Monitor SEO performance and make adjustments as needed
7. Report on SEO results to management
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in SEO
3. Strong understanding of SEO best practices
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 75%
2. Variable component: 20%
3. Other incentives: 5%
