Site Reliability Engineer Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and managing large-scale, distributed systems using tools like Prometheus and Grafana to ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of cloud-based infrastructure and responding to incidents in real-time.
2. Automating infrastructure provisioning and deployments with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, reducing manual intervention and improving system scalability.
3. Collaborating with development and operations teams to build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI, ensuring smooth, continuous integration and deployment of new code, while troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimize downtime.
