Social Media Executive Job (Remote)

We're looking for a skilled and creative social media executive to join our team.

As a social media executive, you will collaborate with our marketing team and manage our social media presence. You will create and execute strategies and engage with our audience to increase brand awareness and conversions.

Our products are digital software solutions for WooCommerce, WordPress and related to e-commerce, analytics, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and curate engaging multimedia content and/or outsource this effectively
2. Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
3. Create engaging social media posts and content
4. Participate in social groups to increase brand awareness
5. Market research, competition study and knack for practical solutions

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in social media marketing
2. Excellent communication skills & creativity

Skills:

1. Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn)
2. Familiarity with customer service and customer relations
