Key responsibilities:

1. Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for maximum search engine visibility
2. Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to the channel
3. Promote video content across social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) to enhance audience reach
4. Monitor YouTube analytics to measure the performance of content and adjust strategies for improvement
5. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging video content tailored to audience preferences
6. Conduct keyword research to improve SEO performance across social media platforms
7. Implement best practices for on-page SEO across social media channels
8. Ensure all content is aligned with SEO best practices to boost organic reach and engagement
9. Track and report on SEO metrics to gauge the effectiveness of optimization efforts
10. Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages across platforms to increase engagement
11. Develop strategies to grow the social media audience organically through SEO and targeted promotions
12. Collaborate with influencers and community members to enhance social media presence
13. Generate monthly performance reports for YouTube including SEO and engagement metrics
14. Use data insights to refine social media strategies and content creation processes
