We are searching for a talented individual to join our team as a Storyteller and Content Writer. This role involves interviewing and understanding the journeys of women entrepreneurs, crafting their stories into engaging reel formats and creating compelling video content. We require someone with 2-3 years of experience in short-form reel creation, scriptwriting, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interview small business owners and transform their stories into captivating reel-format content.
2. Strategize and produce video content, specifically reels, for our marketing initiatives.
3. Perform final editing for all Instagram reels, ensuring high-quality output.
4. Execute end-to-end tasks for reel content production, from concept to delivery.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with the marketing calendar.
6. Analyse the performance metrics of each content piece and generate insightful reports.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in content creation and storytelling.
2. Proficiency with Instagram Reels and various video editing tools.
3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
4. Excellent grammar and communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. A deep understanding of content creation, storytelling techniques, and social media trends.
