Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic 'Student Success Manager' to join our team for the US Night Shift. As a 'Student Success Manager', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our students by maintaining strong relationships with both students and parents, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student & Parent Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
2. Program Monitoring: Track student progress and performance, providing feedback to both students and parents. Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure student success.
3. Customer Retention: Work closely with parents to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention, recommending additional classes or upgrades as needed.
4. Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reports on student performance and feedback, regularly updating management.
5. Collaboration with Instructors: Work with instructors to ensure high-quality educational outcomes, keeping communication seamless between instructors and families.
6. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues students or parents may face with the platform or classes.
7. Night Shift Coverage: Provide support during US working hours (night shift), ensuring availability for families in different time zones.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer success, student engagement, or a similar role in the EdTech or education industry.
2. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
5. Familiarity with EdTech platforms and a passion for education.
