About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide Q&A support on an online platform and ensures availability as per the client s requirement
2. Write instant solutions for questions from textbooks posted by the students
3. Work as a subject expert, who can provide solutions to textbooks in a step-by-step format for questions across K12 grades
4. Provide solutions in adherence to the given guidelines and compliance with strict quality measures while adhering to the predefined timeline
5. Ensure 100% accuracy in the solutions and good formatting/grammar/punctuation followed throughout
6. Work on creating the answers on your own and ensure no plagiarism in the written content

Skill(s) required

Chemistry Mathematics Physics Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Prior experience in textbook solutions and doubt-solving platforms (required)

Prior experience in the subject being applied for

Able to articulate the answers properly having good writing skills (must)

Knowledge/experience in tools like Latex, MathType, ChemType, etc. (preferred)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
