Subject Matter Expert (SME) - English Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Craft high-quality English language questions, explanations, and learning modules for SSC, UPSC, IBPS, and other competitive exams
2. Ensure content relevancy by staying updated on exam formats, patterns, and required skills
3. Work seamlessly with Google Drive, GenAI tools, and other tech resources to improve efficiency and enhance learning content
4. Adapt quickly to new software and tools, contributing to innovative content solutions
5. Design content that supports academic learning and ensures exam readiness, motivating students to excel
6. Create high-quality resources on NetPractice that enable realistic exam success
7. Bring unique ideas on clustering, EARS matrix, and feature enhancements to engage students effectively
8. Offer new, engaging approaches to exam preparation, identifying beneficial features for students
9. Participate in content planning, suggesting and implementing new features or content that resonates with exam aspirants

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year in teaching or content creation, ideally in competitive exam preparation
2. Proven experience as an aspirant or clearing levels in SSC, UPSC, banking exams, GATE, CAT, IELTS, or SAT
3. Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken), content creation, and understanding of clustering and educational tech
4. A hustler attitude, ownership, and commitment to supporting NetPractice's mission for student success
