Support & Operations Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing customer or seller support over the phone, WhatsApp, and email inbound as well as outbound
2. Reviewing products and listing products as per company SOPs
3. Onboarding new sellers and doctors on our portal
4. Performing daily operational activities such as managing unshipped orders, seller queries, and product approval queues in the system
5. Reaching out to sellers to onboard them on our portal and enable them to sell their products
6. Liasoning with the rest of the operations team for daily operational tasks
7. Handling other tasks/duties as required by your position (as per guidance from your manager)

Who can apply:

1. Ideal candidate should be proficient in spoken English & Hindi and have good written English skills
2. Any prior experience in the e-commerce industry is a huge plus
3. Candidate should have a laptop with a good internet connection to work remotely
4. Previous internships or experience in eCommerce preferred
