About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions for sales positions in the non-IT sector
2. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to source and attract qualified candidates
3. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process
5. Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process
6. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably in a startup or ed-tech environment

3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders

5. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

6. A master's degree in human resources is preferred
