Talent Acquisition Trainee Fresher Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth candidate evaluation over the phone using a provided evaluation format
2. Follow up with candidates to gather additional information as needed
3. Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and feedback
4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify qualified candidates for open positions
5. Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with current hiring practices and evaluation techniques
